RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions before making a purchase.
 
If you have received the damaged product or wrong product, please notify to us with your order details and proof within 48 hours. We will get it picked up & delivered you a fresh piece. Missing product information should be given within 24 hours with parcel opening video .
 
Some items are Made to order which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for such products is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

What is the Exchange policy on Rangdeep?

In case of return, the amount will be refunded in form of store credit with validity up to 6 months.

You can raise the size exchange request by writing on Whatsapp (91-7851822204) with ease mentioning the new required size and you will get a revert within 24 working hours.

We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you and get a fresh piece in the new required size and it will be dispatched as soon as it gets ready. In case pickup facility is not available on the provided pin code, customer has to ship the product back to Rangdeep office at her/his own risks, costs & responsibility within 3 days of receipt of the product.

In case of size problem, we can always get it exchanged to a size you need.
Any coupon applied while making the purchase is not considered in exchange  / return.

For Size Exchanges, the product should be unused/unworn & Tag should be intact and request should be raised within 3 days of delivery.

If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time. 
This process may takes 10-15 business days.

As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold.  The customer gets a credit note, only when the desired size of the product is not in stock.  The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. 

Exchanges are only accepted if filed within 3 working days of delivery.

1. Exchange can be done within 3 days for the date of delivery

2. Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, original packaging, and eligible for exchange.

3. Please mention your name, address, number, email, and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.

4. Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.

5. Size exchange is available (in case of a size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro).

6. Store credit equalling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro with a validity of 6 months from the date of receipt of store credit.

7. The cost of shipping to & fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you. 

Can I cancel my order?
Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours of order. Please write to us at support@rangdeep.in to request a cancellation. 

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Rangdeep and accepts The Rangdeep decision regarding the cancellation.

How will I receive the credit for my money when the desired size of the exchange product is not available?
The credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use in the next 6 months on the Rangdeep website. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go.

Can I exchange a part of my order?
Yes. You can exchange any products that are eligible for exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Please do note some items are not returnable or exchangeable.

My garment does not fit me. What can I do?
If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange with the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you with any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to get a credit note to buy something else.

Why my exchange is not accepted?
We endeavor to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or color of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.

Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There are bound to be color variations, finish and overall look. The colors you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.

10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
Exchange/Return is not accepted if the product is washed and worn.

No Refund, Return & Exchange For The 999 Store Purchase made from the SALE section is not eligible for any kind of return or exchange. All the sales, discounted, brought with a coupon, and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
